Requesting Help: All My Characters Are Unplayable Due to Instance Crash

I am writing to report a severe issue on the Korean realm (Kakao Games) that has prevented me from playing the game for 3 days, causing significant distress. All 7 of my characters are completely unable to log in and consistently receive a "Failed to connect to instance" error message.

This problem began after I deleted a Hardcore character that had been moved to Standard. That character was initially stuck with the same instance error. To try and fix it, I created and deleted a new character, which temporarily resolved the issue for the stuck character. After that, I deleted the affected Hardcore character.

However, after deleting the character, the instance error seems to have spread to all my existing Standard characters. Now, these 7 characters are unplayable.

1. The Core of the Problem:

I can successfully log in and play on other realms (e.g., Singapore, California). However, the error only occurs when I try to connect to the Korean realm.

This clearly proves that the issue is not with my local PC or network, but rather with my account's data on the Korean server.

Ascendant_oA (Level: 96, Class: Ascendant)
Necropolis_ShieldCrush (Level: 87, Class: Slayer)
Sanctum_ll (Level: 100, Class: Saboteur)
Settlers_vovov (Level: 95, Class: Deadeye)
ㅎㅅㅎㅇㅅㅇㅎㅅㅎ (Level: 94, Class: Hierophant)
농부대장 (Level: 100, Class: Slayer)
할아버지의머리털 (Level: 96, Class: Hierophant)
3. Troubleshooting Steps (All Failed):

I have tried all basic troubleshooting steps suggested by Kakao Games, including a complete clean reinstall of the client (to a new directory) and driver updates. None of these have resolved the issue.

4. My Urgent Request:

This is a server-side issue that I cannot resolve on my end. I have already posted a bug report here on the forums, but as this requires direct account intervention, I am submitting this report here.

I have not been able to play with my characters for 3 days now, which is causing me significant distress.

Therefore, I kindly and urgently ask your technical team to manually move all 7 of my affected characters to a safe town instance, such as Act 1 Lioneye's Watch, so I can access them again.
