First launch of the game now freezes for 20 seconds, since 3.26.0c

Never happened before, my setup didn't change in any way before and after 3.26.0c.
This occurs every first launch after a reboot, not every launch. Freezes before the Grinding Gears appear, which normally appeared ~instantaneously.
