gpu 100% at 30fps, 3D 100% copy 100%? :/

Yesterday I was playing Path of Exile at more than 80fps with an RTX 2060, today I turned on the computer and my fps were at 30 without being able to go up any more, it is also using 100% of the GPU in the 3D and copy part, while Fortnite does not use the COPY section
