Act 7 Crashing

The game crashes to desktop when entering the final area of act 7. Tried clearing cache, verifying files, checking drivers, restarting PC and changing between directx 12 and vulkan. None of these have made any changes

Edit: Tested on another character and no issues, went back to second character and crashes continue
Edit 2: After coming there on the tother character it now worked without crashing. No changes were made
Edit 3: The second character "fix" has ceased working making me stuck at act 7, it also was crashing when entering the second Uber Atziri boss room
