Today I was rerolling synthesis implicits on my bow and it rolled a resistance modifier.

As per the patch notes for release 3.26 "Synthesised Implicit Resistance Modifiers no longer roll on Weapons."

Additional information - searching Merceneries trade for any weapon with any resistance shows many examples.

EDIT: I'm also seeing that ONLY lightning resistance is rolling on weapons including my own, but previously in standard it could roll chaos/fire/cold as well. I'm also seeing instances where a synth reroll will not change any mods, and I believe it's when the reroll is attempting to roll a resistance mod but being denied.
