Essences not dropping

Not sure what is happening. Started my daily essence farm, and a few essences (one or two every map) don't drop after the monster dies. Just lost an Essence of Insanity because of this.

EDIT: I already checked my filters.
EDIT 2: Started today. It was working just fine until yesterday.
