Standing Stones ultimatum sometimes gives all rewards after round 1

as I said in the title sometimes it puts all rewards for all 10 rounds in earned, at first I thought it was a graphical glitch but the second time I ran the ultimatum I ended it early to see if it was graphical or actual and it gave rewards for rounds I never did.
