BuG: Incarnation of Dread did not spawn blue rose

eighter he spawned the bulue rose in the blue damaging orbs so i could not see it, but i can't pick it up there because i would insta die.
or it just did not spawn at all.

i lost all portals searching it and never seen it

Can confirm.
We were in a party and after my death it didn't spawn roses. This only was fixed by my friend porting out of the instance, leaving the party and entering the instance again. This triggered new roses to spawn, but only after being back in the party the Incarnation registered them as being collected.
