Currency Exchange (Faustus) scammed me?

Just now, 5 to 10 minutes ago from the time of this post, i was buying wild lifeforce inside the currency exchange the ratio was around 45:1c
the exact moment i clicked on "place order" i saw the ratio flash to another
value (i saw it was an absurd due to the amount of sellers) and i ended up getting only a third of i what i wanted, but the gold and chaos was gone, the next instant the ratio was normal and i bought what i needed normally
there was no alert window or something
at the end i got forked more than 10c because i had to do the same trade twice

is it possible for an audit of this specific trade?
