Shroud of the Lightless - Shade form

My character lights up like this when I proc the Shade Form from "Shroud of the Lightless" with my shield charge. I tried both on Vulkan and on Dx12. Also tried with and without tempest shield.

No changes in the graphs, and tried all possible combinations in terms of graphic options.
