"Reused at the end of this Flask's effect" not triggering during area transitions

If a player enters a "zone transition" (the transition between outside and inside the Jungle Valley boss arena, for example) at the exact same tick as when a flask with the "Reused at the end of this Flask's effect" enchantment would trigger, the flask is not reused.

This has also occoured on the pauses between Ultimatum stages, but I did not record it.

This is very annoying on builds that depend on Coruscating Elixir or depend on a bismuth flask for capped res, as I have to constantly remember to make sure the effect has not randomly dropped.
