Ore not spawning in maps

I have zero ore in maps since finishing white maps, i reached t14 and i got zero spawns all the way here including yellow. I have upgraded miners to lvl 4 but still nothing, dunno what to do

Probably RNG, unless you have blocked it on your atlas passive with the "Miner's Strike" notable.

If you played Settlers league you are probably used to it being more abundant with the guaranteed spawns. Now it is only spawned at the base content chance unless you spec into it on your atlas passive, so it will be a lot less frequent.

If you are not wanting to spec into Kalguuran nodes on your atlas but still want to get some more reliably, some other options are Kalguuran scarab, or alternatively map device. Settlers is 3c option on the map device this league, it's fairly early in the progression, so you have likely unlocked it already with your atlas progress.
