sanctum gold conversion

is there a balance reason why u can only convert 10k aureus into gold per floor? is s around 100k max per sanctum. seems pretty small considering people can farm up to 500k per map and haven t worry about collection coins and saving it.

I've only done a few but I found it a bit weird. Its got the downside of you not being able to use the coins as well. I think it's good they have added gold for sanctum. I'm only a plodder through sanctum, so it doesn't seem that busted that it would need a cap, maybe at the top end with relics it can be though.
