Mercenary not cursing with +curse limit.

I am using a Thunderquiver mercenary with assassins mark and using the anathema ring. if i apply a curse to an enemy, the merc wont use the mark. if the enemy is not cursed, the merc will mark. It is annoying with curse on hit gear, because the merc never use their skill.

Same here. I gave my merc Oskarm with "Curse with enfeeble on hit" implicit. He also wears Cospri's Will. I watched closely multiple bosses we fought, and unfortunately, only enfeeble got applied.
