Is smuggler caches considered extra content that can be turned off through the Atlas?

In 3.26 they changed the "remove Smuggler caches" atlas point with the "remove Kalguur Ore deposits" atlas point, but in the description smuggler caches are still considered extra content that can be turned off even though they cant be.
I was wondering if i will get more smuggler caches by turning off all the other so called extra contents or if this was just something that was forgotten to be deleted in the description.
