Using Summon Reaper of Revenants + Summon Reaper.

Before 3.26, we could use Summon Reaper of Revenants + Summon Reaper on different links with different gems, but now it's not possible to do it. Raise Spectre players can do this when using dark monarch helmet so they can get things like feeding frenzy for free, so why reapers can't get that too?
