Signature Specialisations Challenge not completing

I currently have 4/5 completion on the challenge and have seen 2 mercs with "of infamy" affixes on their weapons but the weapons are not counting toward completion. Currently I have body armour, ring, gloves, and belt completed so it is possible that weapons may not work
