Seer won't spawn

Seer won't spawn for a week now tried a lot of different maps (not only ones with good divination card drops ) still nothing for a week now

Being displeased with the results of RNG does not constitute a bug.

To increase the chance of getting Seer, increase the amount of base monsters in the map. Running multiple Shrines with the atlas passives for shrines have a pack of monsters allows me to see multiple Seers + Mists every day. Also running the maps with Exarch, Beyond, and Deli.. but I have no proof if those can proc the encounters or if only the base mobs work.

Can go further with 8-mod maps and high map effect on atlas tree to boost the pack size (even more mobs). Combine both and shouldn't take that long to proc.
