Awakened Gems +Level bugged

I am playing holy Relic of conviction and as such am pushing the gem Level of my holy relic up. I am using two awakened gems for that
awakened minion dmg lvl 2
awakened added chaos dmg lvl 2

Of course these gems on their own can not increase the level of the holy relics.

But I am wearing a Diallas Malefaction with a +2 to socketed minion gems corruption and I am using the Rungegraft of Gemcraft.

awakened minion dmg is shown as level 5 when I put it in a green socket. The text for +1 to level of supported gems appears but the holy relics skill Level does not increase or decreased if I take the support gem out.

A smimilar Situation for the awakened added chaos dmg. It is in a red socket so gets +2 from there and +1 from the Runegraft and is level 5 aswell. But just like the other support gem it does not actually increase the level of the holy relic gem.

Path of Building confirms that the holy relic gem should be 28 instead of 26 with those two supports.

Same issue: I have a lvl4 awakened gem and +1 from the runegraft of gemcraft. The burning damage support gem states that it gives +1 to supported fire skill gems, but in reality it does not increase my rf level by 1.
