Divine Ire Bug

Discovered bug with Divine Ire https://streamable.com/pkepcg

The video shows the character in map with full health and mana, no monsters around, and divine ire bugging out when you stand in place and charge divine ire.

After a few full charges (10 stacks), divine ire cannot charge to max stacks anymore and keeps releasing at one stack as shown in the video. A temporary remedy is to move the char to a new location and charging is possible again but will soon continue to release at one stack until the character moves to another spot

Bump...please fix this
