POE Trade crash + POE 3.26 lagging + stutter -> unplayable -> fix + solution for NVIDIA + Laptop

What I did to improve performance helped. But any other idea is welcome.

As everyone knows, POE is since 3.26 and all patches (with laptop settings) unplayable. The stuttering graphic in the game is starting with the two turning wheels in the loading screen, stuttering like a flicker book for thumps from the 1920ies. Which means, that's not a lagging/internet problem.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, AMD Ryzen 7 -> details and best solution see below.

+ with last patch POE TRADE opens for a sec, switches to the desktop window and POE trade window in the game closes itself. Most would call it a crash.


What I tried to improve the performance of POE:
lowered graphics (see below)
changed Nvidia settings (graphics processor <-> Nvidia processor)
tried directX12, 11 and vulcan
switched Vsync
switched of sound
changed resolution

deleted cache (various caches)
checked my 100 Mbit internet (yes, Vodafone Cable Surf sucks often, but not always!!)

Well, my best setting is:

Ok, POE still not running as smoothly as before, but better.
But without POE Trade, it sucks big time.
