Blast Rain of Trarthus, Increases to AOE

Blast Rain of Trarthus when using increases to AOE are not applying to the 2ndary wave not sure if this is intended when it has a listed 2ndary area of effect. Adding and removing 60% increase in area only is making the initial impact bigger not the wave.

It's following Katabasis logic where area damage scales the damage, but area of effect does not. IE: Concentrated effect is a free support with no downside.

My current theory is it needs to have the text added from Katabasis that AoE does not scale the wave AoE. And the AoE scaling is only working for the actual impact, that is not meant to do damage.
