No Reward from Ultimatum Wave 13

PROBLEM:
- Did not receive loot for my 13th wave
- Did not see that I was going to receive any loot on 13th wave

CONTEXT:

On the Ultimatum Window
- Current Rewards had an inscribed
- 18 Rewards were earnewd
- Next Reward displayed nothing
- Stand in the Stone Circles
- Miasma/Spirits/Totem/Blood Altar/Ruin/Cooldown/Siphon Charges

- T16 Sepulchre map
- 2x Bribing
- 1x Inscryption
- 1x Catalysing
- Grueling Gauntlet, full atlas around that

On completion, I received the 18 Rewards I earned previously, I did not receive any additional reward for completion wave 13 which is unexpected.

A similar situation, t 16 dunes, after reaching 16 reward, no reward after 11 wave
