[BUG] Mercenary with all three attributes cannot equip Grasping Mail

I can not equip Grasping Mail on a Mercenary that meets the attribute requirements (Str/Dex/Int all present)

Bump, according to the merc description single attribute mercs should be able to equip grasping mails as they require strength, but they can't at the moment.

Can confirm, any merc should be able to wear Grasping Mail
