Infinite loading screen (game is loaded in background as I hear DMs)

On the Xbox I was playing and loaded into Chimeral Wetlands and now I'm stuck on infinite load screen with the backdrop ritual art Chimeral Wetlands text and the two Gears rotating and show next tip button press.

I've tried everything and nothing is helping. I know the game is loaded in the background and I'm getting trade messages sound in the background. It's been 3 days I've been unable to play now no matter what time what settings I try or server locations or time of the day, even reinstalling the game which i knew wouldn't fix but hey worth a shot.

Not good this. Very disappointed
