Brought Admiral Valerius down to 33% when his invincibility toggled, but instead of transitioning to the wave phase, he simply kept following and attacking forever. I was forced to abandon the shipment. I was standing in the upper corner near the barrier blocking the arena entrance when I brought him down to 33%.

(Colors are washed out because of auto-HDR) Of note, when he becomes permanently invincible, he stops casting Anchor Smash. I can't really discern any reason why this happens, as I've killed him at least a few dozen times by standing near the entrance. But it's extremely annoying to lose the shipment, sailors, and gold from killing him. |
