How can craft the best spear for my build?

My spear is currently like this;
 - https://i.imgur.com/pNqpzhw.png I know I can craft 1000 physical damage spear, how do I go about doing it? I mainly farm 82 zones, so should I just look for unidentified tier 5 spear items or can I craft it using the currency.
