Game fails to go into fullscreen Mode

Hello,

I have my task bar on top. When I launch the game for the first time that day, it fails to fully maximize thus not filling the space behind the space bar.
This is fixed by moving the Task bar once the game is at least on the login screen by dragging the task bar to a different spot and then returning it to the top.

If needed I can provide a screen recording of it.

When you open the game, what resolution do the in-game settings claim to be at?
