DIRECT X 12 AND VULKAN DON`T WORK

I'm having to play the game on Direct X 11 because when I put it on 12 or Vulkan the game has extremely low resolution and doesn't go beyond 30 fps. Last bumped on Jul 13, 2025, 9:24:37 AM

What are your system specs?
What are the game’s Vertical Sync, Foreground FPS, Background FPS, and Dynamic Resolution settings set to? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
