Merc does not attack from time to time

Hello,

play an Aurabot and actually only T17 Maps and or Simu
With both (T17 and Simu) I noticed that the Merc occasionally just stops attacking. he just stands around and does nothing and the mobs hit me.

At first I thought it was due to some mod, but that's not the case.

The problem can only be solved if I go into town and back to the area. then he attacks normally again.

Is this a known problem? Am I doing something wrong?

Or does GGG simply have another bug that they don't have under control and simply ignore?

Like for example Harvest or Abyss bug?

Same to me i'm aura build no damage only merc can but that's happen sometime then can't finish anything
