Eternal Blessing + Arrogance Autoexertion does not work

I ran Eternal Blessing + Haste, and Arrogance + Autoexertion + General's Cry + Blade Flurry.

The General's Cry was not triggering at all, even though the icon in the skills menu was turned on.

Eternal Blessing reads "Your Non-Blessing Skills which Reserve Mana are Disabled while you have an Aura from a Supported Skill on you".

When Autoexertion is supported by Arrogance, it reserves life - not mana, so you would expect it to work, but it does not.

If this is a bug, then my character is losing a whole aura because I cannot run an eternal blessing aura. If it's not a bug, then some wording needs to be changed somewhere.
