The rose seemed to spawn on me and I died. The phase was starting and nothing else was going on. After I came back in the zone the next phase would not start despite doing the required steps. Last bumped on Jul 25, 2025, 12:05:32 PM

This is still confirmed as of 7/25. If you die during phase 2, the roses still spawn, but the boss does not accept them, thus remaining immune to all forms of damage. If you die once, you cannot finish the boss.
