MTX Transfer question
Hello community,
I'm waiting since the 1st of December for a MTX Transfer from a Xbox sub-account to a PC sub-account, and I have not got a response from the Support Team. No confirmation mail, no follow-up mail, nothing. I understand that there's a lot of Support requests since PoE 2, but it's been almost 8 months. There are more people with this same request, and some of them are even waiting since november. This issue makes me not wanna play the game, and yes, I know I can play without MTX, and I know nobody cares if I dont play, but it's sad for me to have bought stuff for the characters and builds I love, and not being able to use them on my main account for 8 months... Is there at least an approximate date? Or is it possible to get a response at least? I'm experiencing this issue as well. I've made progress in POE on my Xbox and now want to switch to PC, but none of my characters or stashes appear when I log in on the PC.
I've purchased the support pack to get early access to POE2 on Xbox, but when I log in to the PC version of POE2, it prompts me to get a key. I've read that this issue needs to be resolved through a support email. Where can I find the email, and what information is required to request them to fix this? |

The devs clearly have zero plans to do anything with the mtx transfer tickets. Mines been opened since October of last year. I have since quit the game over the terrible support. I will not support bad development behavior. There are many posts like your and all they respond with is this trash copy pasta. Its sad to see a company fall off this bad.
