Self chill

how does the modifier increased damage with hits against chilled enemies work exactly with the ring winterweave? since i self chill do i do more damage or take more?

There is no interaction.

You are not an enemy, and if the enemies are not chilled they will not receive increased damage.


edit: You say you self-chill. How are you achieving this? The ring Winterweave doesn't cause you to chill yourself. All it does is modify how chill affects you.

no it shouldnt, but bone chill support gem according to wiki should reduce cold damage taken with winterweave + fulcrum. Its worded in a bit different way.
