CAN'T GET 3RD ASCENDENCY POINTS

Xbox series S Europe. I'm in front of statue i interact and the dialogue says i accept but no points. I leave with a portal close the aplication and when i get back the portal is there, it takes me back to the finished Chaos temple and the same again. I can also exit the temple from the exit portal at the end and enter again to the empty chaos temple where everything is dead now, walk to the end and no points after interact. I have over 800 hours playing with 3 minion builds before i get a message (you sure it was the right level) . Thanks for your time. PS: It was a level 62

I was wrong it needs to be 75+ for 3rd , hardly played since the 0.2 disaster update. Having said that i made a sorcerers and went through the campaign again wich i enjoyed very much and my 60$ investment in the game have been paid back . I'm very pleased with the game and looking forwards for season 2. All best wishes to GGG
