Unable to unlock 6tg map device slot

Hello, i am still unable to unlock the 6th map device slot after migrating my characters from a private league.

I was also affected by the eagon not giving memory strands after migrating characters, which was fixed today.

However i still cannot get the last map device slot...

I have done T17 and 10 boss invitation again today on both my characters on the league and none of them unlock the 6th option.
