The mercenary window opens by itself

After interacting with a mercenary on the map and bringing up the information window, if I hold down the left mouse button outside of the window to close it, the mercenary information window opens again after the mercenary information window is closed.

If it's just my environment, I'll give up, but if others are encountering this bug, I would love to see this glitch fixed. This bug is enough to discourage me from checking mercenaries.

Oh I have that happening too from time to time. I close the merc window and it just opens up again, be it with a click or a shortcut.
