Abnormal Disconnection 7/16/25

Just wanted to report, in two back to back maps (Hydra) I received an abnormal disconnection from the server. Restarted game and logged back in, map is gone, all items from inventory reset, and map lost.

Spoke to another player and it happened to them a couple hours ago as well. Just wanted to report in case it is a bigger problem. Going to take a break for a bit and try to play again later.

I am having the same issue 3 maps now. I log back in and my portals are gone.

I have been experiencing this issue as well, today more than any other prior day. Doesn't matter if I am in a standard map, or a boss fight. I had one abnormal disconnect at the start of a map before attacking any monsters, so the disconnect is random. After I eventually reconnect, my map or boss fight that I was in no longer exists, completed or otherwise. The items I pick up are sometimes in my inventory, sometimes I lose them.

The info graph in the top right sometimes shows a spike in network, sometimes a spike in shader, and there have been times of no indication at all of anything occurring.

This is all very random and frustrating :(

Same here, interestingly as the login screen it shows most Gateways with a ??? ping but a handful of them are up with a usual ping time.

Able to log in on any of them, with a ??? or not.
