Subject: Omen of Amelioration Not Activating / Bugged

I want to report an issue with the Omen of Amelioration in Path of Exile 2. Until a few days ago, it was working fine for me, but now it no longer activates when I die. The item remains active in my inventory but does not trigger or get consumed upon death, which means it fails to prevent experience loss.

This makes the omen effectively useless, and it feels like it’s bugged. I’ve tested multiple times and the problem persists consistently.

Could you please investigate this issue? It’s affecting gameplay significantly.
