Awakened Added Fire Damage not granting the correct Amount of levels (Venarius Astrolabe)

I am currently using Venarius' Astrolabe and the +1 to Level of all non-Exceptional Support Gems Tattoo so i can get my Awakened Added Fire Damage Support from LVL 6 to LVL 10. On Level 10 it is supposed to give +2 to Level of Supported Physical Skill Gems, but it only gives 1 Level to my Wave of Conviction of Trathus.
Character is called "WaveOfTrathus" if that helps with troubleshooting.
