If the link does work for you, it's possible your browser has a cookie that's required to access the file.

For sharing images with others, dedicated hosts such as Imgur and Postimage would be more reliable.

edit: I was wrong. The URL is so long that the forum software is struggling to deal with it, and attempting to copy & paste it results in not getting the entire URL unless you quote the OP;

I still think Imgur & PostImages.Org are far better for this kind of thing, though.
