[BUG] Can't Access Any Characters in Merciless League Since July 10

Hello GGG Support,

I'm experiencing a serious issue with my account.

Since **July 10**, I have been completely unable to log into **any of my characters in the current Merciless league**. Each time I try to connect, I receive the error message:

> "An unexpected disconnection occurred."

Here's what I've tested:

- Tried 3 different PCs (same error on all)
- My account can log into **Standard, Hardcore, SSF leagues with no problem**
- I tried a **friend’s account on my PC**, and their Merciless characters connect just fine

So:
- It's **not a PC or network issue**
- The issue is **limited to my account in the Merciless league**

This issue has persisted for over ** 10days ** now and hasn't resolved itself.
I suspect my Merciless league instance may be corrupted or glitched on the server side.

Please investigate and reset or repair whatever is blocking access to Merciless league for my account.

I've also submitted a support ticket but haven't received a response yet.

im from 17/07 have same this problem. i belive sombody will fix this.i ask suuport they said no any problem with my accaunt. this techical problem
