Faustus Listing Stuck

I have two listings from the private league event that was back in may that I cannot get rid of. Is it possible to get this fixed?

Have you tried using the League Migrations tool on the character section screen?
 Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
