Bug Report ID: #79973919 - Doors in Palace sometimes not opening

I've noticed this the past few times I ran Palace - some of the doors are bugged and just won't open. Trying to open from the other side doesn't work.

Hit the exact same issue just now, except instead of not opening, there is what seems to be a barrier preventing me from moving. This is also the only door I can go through to progress to the other half of map to continue the Originator questline, so it's essentially a dead map.
