[BUG] Mercenaries - No Scaling from Spell Damage

Hello. Long story short, Spell Damage doesn't seem to be working on the Kinetic Blast/Bolt for mercenaries, even though the skill description for players says: "Increases and Reductions to Spell Damage also apply to Attack Damage from this Skill at 200% of their value". I have done multiple tests by using The Infinite Hunger as a training dummy because there's not much else to choose from.

First test - Spell Damage setup (grey wand and shield, 28% total spell damage vs 205% total spell damage which in turn with KB should be 410% increased damage) - there's no visible difference, even though in POB there's a 97.76% overall increase in DPS.

Second test - Spell Damage again, but with power charge stacking, I used Void Battery and Malachai's Loop, in turns this should've been 145% spell damage for 5 power charges (3 base + 2 from Malachai's Loop), and ~290% increased damage for KB along with heightened crit chance. But again, the difference is not noticeable, outside of crits happening more often.

Third test - To this setup, I added the Crown of Eyes, to force the "Increases and Reductions to Spell Damage also apply to Attacks at 150% of their value" modificator, similar to the KB one. And again, no visible difference for whatever reason.

Well, it seems to be a bug, because the skill copies the same mechanic as the normal player skill, but giving it any sort of modification outside of crit/penetration/flat damage/attack speed/flat damage doesn't seem to do anything at all. It is especially bad in case of spell damage, because it is supposed to be applied twice for those skills. Because of which, Flame Wall ticks are visually higher in damage than KB projectiles. If anybody wants to test this more, go ahead. Biggest problem is that I can't even see damage stats of the merc, and there's no way to get the exact damage numbers that I'm getting, however the health bar of the boss says everything it needs.

I hope there will be an answer from GGG.
