PoE2 Early acess??

Hello, I want to keep it short so I wont write a lot as my english sucks too!

•I cant play PoE2 anymore since I deinstalled it, even with early acess? My friend paid the early acess for me, yet I dont have acess anymore

•I played it on release and then for a couple of more months (some of my high level characters arent showed with their level of 40-50).

•So do I need really to pay extra 40€? To get the early acess again?
