Last Monster in Ritual does not die

In a ritual I'm in the last moster reappears endlessly after getting killed. Like this I can not complete the map at all.

Porting out and back does not help.

Cannot complete the full map...

Its a minion...maybe it is getting reveived from a rare somewhere?..
