Alva, cant exit excursion have to wait for timer

for the past 2 days now, when in groups of 3 or more it will always have 1 person that cant exit the alva excursion. so everyone joins kills mobs and exits, but one person is stuck inside waiting for timer to expire, is there somthing im missing or is this a bug? it happens to different people every time, never the map owner though.
