Bug in quest Lost in love

Hello,

I have rescued Clarissa in Act 3 and my quest log says I need to find Tolman. However, I never received the Sewer Key, and I cannot open the Sewer Grating in The Slums. I have tried:

Talking to Clarissa multiple times

Restarting the game

Entering new instances of The Slums

Clicking on the Sewer Grating multiple times

But nothing works, and I am stuck unable to proceed.

Tolman is in the crematorium. The sewer key comes after you rescue him from there.
