3.26 Ruthless Feedback

GGG this is a pretty good league, merc increases build possibilities and also give us more char to grand.

Here is a few things, we think (a few top players) can be improved.

1. Filter. We need to hide things, there really is no reason to show everything, especially in late end games, it is hard to not to pick up random things with everything cannot be hide filter.

2. Event sponge chance. It is not the first time players raising up the event chance cap is a bad idea. I understand ruthless is about less loot, that is ok. All mechanic has been nerfed to a point there is little loot, but we still want to see mechanic happen in maps each maps, so its more fun.
Dive deeper in those, there are few problem raised
* master missions (sulphite, alva etc) including trail and torment cannot be blocked but uses chance to sponge event (please at least let us block them)
* Eater and searching influence takes event slot makes players only do maven. The alter chances is low enough (about 1 alter per 4 maps) there really isn't a reason to make selecting the influence remove the chance of other event taken place.

Here is a few "wish to happen":

1. I want unique item div card ( the chance can be ruthless low, but there is the chance for the whole server to grand some target uniques)
2. I want a bit more density. The mapping sometime feel like there is no monsters on the map
3. I want less volatility on map drop. The such high volatility is a result of low map drop chance * number of monsters. Instead you can do High map drop chance * number of packs, or 1 monsters in pack can drop maps but its x more chance to drop map bases on number of monsters in pack.
